She was promoted to assistant director of the Fixed Income Division in 2001, overseeing investment-grade portfolio management. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Ms. Miller was a research associate for the Urban Institute of Washington. Ms. Miller earned a B.A. in government from Cornell University and a Master in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has earned her Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation.
