自傳	Alex Araujo joined M&G’s equity income team in July 2015 and became co-deputy manager of the M&G Global Dividend strategy in April 2016. He has been manager of the M&G Global Listed Infrastructure strategy since it was launched in October 2017, and was appointed manager of the M&G Global Themes strategy in January 2019. Alex has 25 years of experience in financial markets, having previously worked at UBS and BMO Financial Group. He graduated from the University of Toronto with an MA in economics and is a CFA charterholder.

自傳	Richard Halle joined M&G in 1999 as a sector analyst focusing on insurance. Since 2002, he has been managing various institutional and wholesale funds focusing on European and North American value strategy, domiciled in London and Luxembourg. Before joining M&G, Richard worked as a security analyst for the Sedgwick Group. He graduated from the University of Natal in South Africa with a bachelor of commerce and is a CFA charterholder.
Jamie J. Horvat	Portfolio Manager	2015	2019
自傳	Jamie Horvat joined M&G in December 2013 and was appointed lead manager of the M&G Global Themes Fund in December 2015. Jamie commenced his investment career in 1999, having managed resources, generalist and alternative mandates while in North America. In addition, Jamie has managed various institutional mandates for clients based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. He holds a MSc Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as an BCom from McMaster University and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Mohawk College in Canada.
Randeep Somel	Portfolio Manager	2013	2017
自傳	Randeep Somel joined M&G in 2005 as a fund managers’ assistant on the Equities team. At different stages between 2013 and 2019 he was fund manager or deputy manager of the Global Themes, Managed Growth, Global Recovery, Global Select, Pan European Select and Positive Impact strategies. In November 2020, he became manager of M&G’s newly-launched Climate Solution strategy. Prior to joining M&G, Randeep worked for State Street in a fund accounting role. He graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in economics in 2003. Randeep has the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.
Graham E. French	Portfolio Manager	2000	2013
自傳	Graham French joined M&G in 1989 as a graduate from Durham University where he studied geography. His fund management responsibilities include managing the M&G Global Basics Fund and the M&G Managed Growth Fund and co-managing the Vanguard Precious Metals & Mining Fund.
