Prior to that, Mr. Rovers was an associate director of GIM Algemeen Vermogensbeheer, a Dutch investment management company, where he managed global real estate securities portfolios for domestic and foreign clients. Mr. Rovers has a degree from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. He is based in Brussels.
