自傳	Mr. Brett is an Investment Manager in the Japanese Equities Team. He is manager of the Japanese All Cap Strategy and Lead Manager of the Japanese Income Growth Strategy. He is also a member of the Global Stewardship Portfolio Construction Group. Mr. Brett joined Baillie Gifford in 2003 and became a Partner in 2018. He is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Brett graduated BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge in 2000 and holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bristol. Mr. Brett has been a member of the team since the Fund's inception in 2017.

She joined Baillie Gifford in the same year, become a member of the Japanese team in 1982 and head of the department in 2001. Sarah is the longest standing partner within the firm, having been appointed in 1986. She is the lead manager for the Japan Investment Trust as well as co-manager for the Japanese All Cap strategy. Sarah is also a member of the EAFE Alpha Portfolio Construction Group.
John MacDougall	Investment Manager	2006	2008
自傳	John is an Investment Manager and member of the Long Term Global Growth (LTGG) and China A-Share teams. He has been a Partner in the firm since 2016. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2000 as a part of the North American department and then went on to work in the Japan and Global Discovery teams before joining his current teams. John graduated MA in Ancient & Modern History from the University of Oxford in 2000.
