DAILY FORECAST FOR EURJPY
INTRADAY CHART
BIAS: The underlying direction should be higher now
Resistance: 124.43-65 125.00-1 125.35 125.64
Support: 123.58 123.24 123.01 122.67
MAIN ANALYSIS: Yesterday's strength was enough to confirm we have seen the current low at 121.71. I suspect a deep correction that - over time - could reach between 126.05-126.75. Thus, the main theme should be to buy on dips. Currently we are in a "dip" and I suspect the 123.24-58 area will support for gains to break back above 124.43 and 124.65 to then break above 125.00-10. There is also modest resistance at 125.35 that could provoke a correction.
COUNTER ANALYSIS:Only back below 123.00 would force a re-think. It should still only be a correction but it shouldn't move below 121.71 - thus keep an eye out for bullish reversal indications.
