Previous to that, he spent five years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's Investment Banking Group in Chicago and London where he focused on High Yield and Equity Financings and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Karavan is a graduate of the State University of New York College at New Paltz , where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
