自傳	Junichi Inoue is Head of Japanese Equities at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2016. Junichi is also a Fund Manager on the International Opportunities strategy. Prior to Henderson, he worked at DIAM Asset Management, where he was a fund manager for global REITs on the broader equity team from 2012. Before that, he was with BlackRock for 14 years after originally being hired by Mercury Asset Management in Tokyo in 1998. (Mercury Asset Management was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1997; their asset management business merged with BlackRock in 2006.) During this time, he covered Japanese equities as an analyst and portfolio manager and interacted with global/EAFE teams in London. From 2002 to 2006, he was based in London, working as part of the global equity team covering Japanese markets. In 2006, he moved back to Tokyo, where he managed fundamental Japan equity portfolios across all capitalisations until his departure in 2012. Junichi holds a bachelor of laws degree from Hitotsubashi University. He has 24 years of financial industry experience.

自傳	Wood-Martin is the Portfolio Manager of the Japanese sector. He has served as Director of Japanese Equities since 2001 at Henderson Global Investors. He joined Henderson in 1987 and became a Fund Manager in 1991. Wood-Martin has over 25 years of investment management expertise with the majority of his career specializing in Japanese equities.

自傳	Jeremy joined Aberforth in October 2018 and became a Partner in January 2020. Fund management roles with Abbey National Asset Managers and SVM Asset Management were followed by ten years with Cartesian Capital Partners LLP, where he was a partner and managed UK equity portfolios for a range of clients. Jeremy has passed all three levels of the CFA programme. He is responsible for the following sectors – Banks; Finance and Credit Services; Food Producers; Investment Banking and Brokerage Services; and Tobacco.
William Garnett	Head	2000	2005
自傳	William Garnett has over 15 years experience following the Japanese market, beginning his investment career at Henderson in 1986. After spending three years working in Henderson's Tokyo office, he returned London in 1991. In 1997, he was appointed head of Japanese equities, a team of five fund managers. William now works closely with Jeremy Hall, who is Co-Manager of all the funds managed by the Japanese Specialist team. In 1993, he assumed his current responsibilities as Director of Henderson Global Investors. William earned a BA (Hons), Political Science from Exeter University.
