自傳	When Todd joined the asset management group in 2011, he brought 13 years of experience in analyzing equity securities and managing portfolios for mutual funds, institutions, and separately managed accounts. Prior to RMB, Todd worked as an equity analyst in Chicago for Columbia Wanger Asset Management and Ariel Capital. While rooted in value investing, his investment philosophy has developed and grown over the years to more fully encompass a "growth at a reasonable price" style. Todd is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received a BA in Accounting and Finance and also a Masters of Science in Finance. During his graduate studies, he also participated in UW's Applied Securities Analysis Program. Todd was recognized with a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 1999 and is currently a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Burnham was Senior Vice President and Assistant to Frank Zarb, then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc., and Senior Executive Vice President in charge of National Retail Sales of Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc. Mr. Burnham has been a member of the Securities Industry Association's Government Relations Committee and the New York Stock Allocation Committee. He serves as a trustee on the PENN Medicine Board of Trustees, and is s a trustee of Blythdale Children's Hospital in Valhalla, New York. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA). Mr. Burnham is a graduate of the Choate School in Wallingford, Connecticut. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania in 1959.
