自傳	Delyth joined Kleinwort Benson as a structured credit specialist, later transferring to Kleinwort Benson’s Real Estate team, where she was appointed Head of Real Estate Advisory in 2007. Delyth was appointed Head of Research for the Funds proposition in 2009. Before joining Kleinwort Benson in 2000, Delyth worked for nine years for an international private bank, initially providing Real Estate Advisory services to bank clients, and then structuring complex and tailored loan facilities in the credit team. Delyth holds a BA in Geography from Durham University and an MA in Property Investment and Law from Cass Business School. Delyth is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Investment Property Forum.
Andrew Thompson	-	2012	2016
自傳	Andrew joined Kleinwort Benson in November 2008 as Head of Advisory Portfolio Management. He and his team established a highly bespoke and innovative Advisory service investing in a wide range of asset classes. In 2012 Andrew was appointed Head of Multi Asset Investing and fund manager of Kleinwort Benson’s range of multi asset funds. Andrew read History at King's College London before qualifying and practising as a solicitor in the 1990s. In the early 2000’s, Andrew joined one of London's leading stockbrokers where he worked as a portfolio manager.
Paul Garrard	-	2011	2012
自傳	Paul joined Kleinwort Benson in 1989 having begun his early career as an actuarial trainee. He acts as Deputy Fund manager for the Multi-Asset Funds and is directly responsible for the management of £400m of assets for collective investment schemes, captive insurance companies and other institutional clients. His particular expertise within the Multi-Asset team is fixed income strategies. He is a Director of the Channel Islands Investment Management Company (appointed August 2000) and a member of the KBCI Investment Committee. Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and sits on the Guernsey committee of the Institute.
Scott Gray	-	2005	2011
自傳	Scott joined Kleinwort Benson Equity Derivatives in May 1996 working for a team that structured alternative investment trading ideas, strategies and portfolios. From 1999 to 2001, he was a portfolio manager for a capital protected hedge fund that traded vanilla and exotic options across multiple asset classes. In 2001, Scott developed Dresdner Private Bank’s first fund of hedge funds and later became Head of Alternative Investment Strategy in the Capital Markets Division of Dresdner Bank. Scott returned to Kleinwort Benson in 2005 with responsibility for Multi-Asset Investments and latterly for Fund Management. He currently manages the flagship Multi-Asset and Absolute Return Funds. Scott has 17 years experience in derivatives strategies and 15 years experience in Alternative Investments. He has an MA (Econ) and an MSc (Finance) from the Universities of Edinburgh and York respectively. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Scott is happily married with three children, two boys and one girl
