Brian joined Loomis Sayles in 1994 as a securitized and government bond trader. He transitioned to the high yield trading desk in 2001, where he initiated the firm’s trading of bank loans, while also trading high yield, convertibles, derivatives and equities. Brian joined the full discretion team as product manager in 2009 and was promoted to co-portfolio manager of the investment grade bond product suite in 2013.
Matthew J. Eagan	Executive Vice President	2007	now
自傳	Matt Eagan is a portfolio manager and head of the full discretion team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Matt has 33 years of investment industry experience as a portfolio manager and fixed income analyst. Matt joined Loomis Sayles in 1997 as a fixed income research analyst for the multisector fixed income team and became a portfolio manager in 2000. He was promoted to co-head of the full discretion team in 2012.

She is also a Co‑Portfolio Manager of the Loomis Sayles Strategic Alpha Fund and other fixed income funds managed by Loomis Sayles. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager in 2000, she had experience working in high yield, global and emerging markets. She has served as a senior fixed income trader and portfolio specialist. She earned a BS from St. Michael’s College.
Daniel J. Fuss	Executive Vice President	1991	2021
自傳	Dan Fuss has been with Loomis, Sayles & Company since 1976. He is Vice Chairman of the firm and co-manager on numerous institutional accounts for the fixed-income group. In 2012, Mr. Fuss received the Institutional Investor Money Management Lifetime Achievement Award and the Lipper Excellence in Investing Award. In 2013, Mr. Fuss received the CFA Society of Milwaukee Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2000, he was named to the Fixed Income Analysts Society’s Hall of Fame. Mr. Fuss received his BS and his MBA from Marquette University, and is a CFA® charterholder.
Kathleen C. Gaffney	Vice President	1997	2012
自傳	Ms. Gaffney has been at Eaton Vance and BMR since October 2012. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2012, she was a vice president and portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Ms. Gaffney began her career at Loomis Sayles in 1984. From 1992 to 2012, she served as Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. From 1988 - 1992 she held served as Vice President and Fixed Income Trader. From 1984 to 1988 she served as a Fixed Income and Equity Trader. Ms. Gaffney holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. She received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has been with the investment industry since 1984.
