Mr. Helm has an MBA from University of Denver and a BS from University of Colorado.

自傳	Mr. Shaw, Chairman & Chief Investment Officer, has been the Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Armstrong Shaw since 1984. Mr. Shaw chairs the Investment Committee and as Portfolio Manager is responsible for overall account management including portfolio design. Mr. Shaw also has primary responsibility for conducting fundamental research to identify individual companies and industry groups for potential investment. Prior to joining Armstrong Shaw Associates, Mr. Shaw worked three years with the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co., as a Commercial Lending Officer for corporate relationships. He graduated from Princeton University and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Shaw is a member of the Board of Directors of Armstrong Shaw and the Advisory Board for Lone Pine Capital. Previously, he was senior vice president and equity income portfolio manager with SunBank Capital Management from 1989 to 1995. Prior to that, he spent nine years with ASB Capital Management, first as director of research and later as director of special equity investments. DePrince holds Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

David, a founder of Richards & Tierney, Inc., has done extensive work in portfolio analysis, risk control services and the management of assets for the last 20 years. He is recognized as the originator of the “Dynamic Completeness Fund®” concept and quadrant mapping of portfolios. Recently, David co-authored a chapter on Investment Evaluation that is referenced in preparation for the CFA examination series. Prior to 1984, David was strategically involved in the management of Amoco Corporation’s pension fund investments. David earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science (with distinction) from Northwestern University and an MS and PhD in applied statistics from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Institute for Quantitative Research and Finance, and sits on the S&P US Index Advisory Panel.
John L. Strauss	co-Founder, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer	1987	1994
自傳	Strauss cofounded Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss in 1979 and serves as vice president and secretary-treasurer. When investing, he seeks out-of-favor stocks with strong fundamentals. He looks for low price-earnings and low price-book values, high yield, and stable or improving profitability. Strauss is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Investment Counselor, and a member of the Association for Management and Research.
