自傳	Geoffrey P. Dybas heads the Duff & Phelps’ Global Real Estate Securities team. He is Senior Portfolio Manager and co-founder of all dedicated REIT strategies managed by Duff & Phelps, including the Virtus Real Estate Securities Fund; the Virtus International Real Estate Securities Fund; the Virtus Global Real Estate Securities Fund; the Virtus Real Estate Securities Series, a series of the Virtus Variable Insurance Trust; the REIT portfolio within the DNP Select Income Fund Inc., a closed-end fund; and separate institutional accounts. He joined Duff & Phelps in 1995.Mr. Dybas serves as Senior Portfolio Manager since 2007. He is Senior Portfolio Manager and co-founder for all dedicated REIT portfolios managed by Duff & Phelps, inclusive of the real estate strategies in the Virtus Opportunities Trust. In addition, Mr. Dybas manages the REIT portfolio within the DNP Select Income Fund Inc., a closed-end mutual fund; an affiliated mutual fund series offered under certain universal life insurance and annuity products; and separate institutional accounts Mr. Dybas was a corporate banker for Bank One and began his investment career in 1989. He holds a BS degree, cum laude, from Marquette University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

自傳	Schatt is a senior vice president of Duff & Phelps, his employer since 1994. He is senior portfolio manager for all REIT products managed by Duff & Phelps. Previously, he served as director of real estate advisory practices for Coopers & Lybrand, LLC, where he advised pension funds on the acquisition.

自傳	Rubin currently serves as president of Phoenix Realty Securities, Inc. She began her investment career with Connecticut Mutual in 1978, where she served as an investment officer. In 1981, she joined Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance Co. and served as managing director until achieving her current position of president in 1995. Rubin considers her area of expertise to real estate investments, where she employs a conservative, research-based, analytical approach.
William K. Morrill	Senior Manager	1995	1998
自傳	Morrill is senior manager with Brown Investment Advisor Incorporated, his employer since 2003. Prior to joining Brown, he was a managing director and chief executive officer of LaSalle Investment Management since 1995. He was in charge of the direct real estate asset management division of LaSall and its predecessor companies from 1987 through 1993 and was the head of LaSalle's direct real estate Investment Committee from 1993 through 1994.
