Mr. Dunkerley earned his MBA from Golden Gate University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute. Mr. Dunkerley is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served at the rank of captain.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and received his MBA from The Ohio State University in 1987. He has 29 years of investment experience, including 27 with Victory Capital Management or its predecessors where he has been both an equity securities analyst, portfolio manager, and Chief Investment Officer.
Richard T. Heine	Managing Director	1993	2004
