Maria holds a B.A. in finance and international business from Loras College, and an M.B.A from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. Maria is a CFA Charterholder.

自傳	Michael Reynal is Chief Investment Officer of Sophus Capital and a portfolio manager of Emerging Markets and Emerging Markets Small Cap mandates. Mr. Reynal began his investment career in 1991 managing equity investments in Latin America, the Mediterranean, the Balkans and other regions. Most recently he was a portfolio manager for Principal Global Investors, where he led the emerging markets team. He also oversaw diversified emerging markets portfolios and specialized regional Asian equity strategies.

Ltd. in 2012, he was a portfolio manager and emerging markets analyst for Principal Global Investors. 自傳	Tony joined RS Investments (Hong Kong) Limited, a non-U.S. affiliate of RS Investments, in 2012. Tony Chu has been a portfolio manager. From 2012 to 2016, he was an analyst on the emerging markets team. Previously, Tony was a portfolio manager and analyst for Principal Global Investors where he specialized in the analysis of Hong Kong and Chinese companies. He also co-managed Hong Kong equity portfolios. Prior to joining Principal in 2007, Tony was an equities research analyst and associate portfolio manager with the Greater China team at INVESCO Hong Kong for five years. He also spent two years with AMP Ltd. in Sydney, Australia. Tony holds a BA degree from the University of Queensland and an MA degree from the University of New South Wales. He joined Baillie Gifford in 1999 and worked as an Investment Analyst in the UK and North American Equity Teams before joining the Emerging Markets Equity Team in 2001, where he is an Investment Manager. Will became a Partner in 2010. Will is a member of the Emerging Markets Investment Advisory Group and Emerging Markets Product Group.

自傳	Richard graduated BSc (Econ) in Statistics from London School of Economics in 1993 and an MSc in Investment Analysis in 1994 from Stirling University. He joined Baillie Gifford in 1994 and became a Partner in 2004. With the exception of a year researching UK Smaller Companies, Richard has spent his career at Baillie Gifford covering the Emerging Markets and is Head of our Emerging Markets Equity Team. Richard is a member of the firm-wide Investment Advisory Group, Emerging Markets Investment Advisory Group and the Emerging Markets Product Group.
