She joined Schroders in 2002 and is based in New York. Jenny joined Schroders in 2002 as Head of US Small Cap Equity and since joining, has built a strong team of six analysts who are solely dedicated to the Small and Smid Cap Strategies. She was the Manager of Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 1996 to 2002, which involved managing the Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund and later the Small & Mid Cap Strategy from inception.
