自傳	Tom became head of GEM in August 2016. He was previously a Global Emerging Markets Fund Manager and Head of Research within the Emerging Markets Equity Team from November 2014. Prior to that he was Head of EMEA Equities, a position he held since 2007. His investment career commenced in 2001 when he joined the Schroders Graduate Scheme. He initially worked as assistant to the Institutional and Retail CIO’s, but moved into the Research Development Programme in 2002, working on the Global Oils team. Tom holds a BA Hons in History from Newcastle University and is a CFA Charterholder.

He was appointed to this position upon joining Schroders in October 2004.As Head of the Emerging Market Equities team, Allan has an oversight role for all nine strategies managed by the Emerging Market Equities team. These strategies include four global emerging market strategies (core, unconstrained, small companies and commodity equities), four regional emerging market strategies (Latin American, BRIC, Emerging Europe and Middle East) and a frontier markets strategy.

自傳	Ms. Rubinstein worked at Fidelity in UK Equity research prior to joining Flemings in February 1995. She joined the Global Emerging Markets team where she was responsible for asset allocation, monitoring market performance, indices and benchmarks and researching investment opportunities in global emerging markets, in particular Chile, Argentina and the Andeans. She is currently Assistant Fund Manager, focusing on Israel and sub-Saharan Africa.

From 1997 to 2000 he was a fund manager covering EMEA with Fleming Investment Management. Before this he was with ING Barings in London. He began his career in 1991 as an equity analyst covering Emerging Europe with Creditanstalt in Budapest. Gabor graduated from University of Economics in Budapest. Gabor became Head of the Portfolio Advisory Team, with Julian Mayo, in 2009, before relinquishing his managerial responsibilities in 2011 in order to study for a doctorate.
Leila Kardouche	Director, Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager	2000	2005
自傳	Leila Kardouche was previously Director and Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager at Schroder Investment Management (1995 to 2004), where she was responsible for all investments in Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa for global emerging market portfolios. Leila was also responsible for all dedicated Emerging European portfolios (Guernsey, Luxembourg, outsourced listed funds and segregated accounts). Prior to joining Schroders Investment Management, Leila participated in internships at Johnson Fry Securities (1994) and Groupe Banque Indosuez, Paris (1994). Leila has a BA Honours (First Class) in French, Philosophy and History of Art from University of Bristol (1991-1995).
