自傳 | Anwaar joined the ELECTUS team in January 2011. His extensive experience in the resources sector complements boutique heads Richard Hasson and Neil Brown’s local market experience. Anwaar spends the majority of his time analysing key components of global emerging markets, and the balance providing his team with quality input on the South African resources sector (being the largest equity sector within our market). Anwaar joined Old Mutual Investment Group in December 2004. As head of Resources Sector Research for Old Mutual Investment Group’s Equity Research boutique, he was responsible for the diversified mining companies and non-mining companies, such as steel and forestry & paper. He was also fund manager of the Old Mutual Mining and Resources Fund. Under his management this unit trust won numerous industry awards for performance. Before joining Old Mutual Investment Group, Anwaar spent five years with Metropolitan Asset Managers, where he worked as a dealer, quantitative analyst, and resources equity analyst and portfolio manager. 自傳 | Tunnington joined Gencor in 1984 after graduating and achieved the position of chief geologist at Gencor. Dave joined OMAM in 1993 as an investment analyst covering mining and non-mining resource companies. Between 1998 and 2002 he was responsible for determining Old Mutual’s house view of the resource sector and managed three portfolios. In 2002, Dave was promoted to portfolio manager of the equity construction team that is responsible for the house view across all sectors. From 2004 he was chairman of the team that managed $10.5bn and under his stewardship; his OMAM team was ranked as the number one asset manager in South Africa. In 2005 Dave joined the Big Rock team. |
