Mr. Pedulla joined Sun Life Financial as a mortgage loan analyst in 1991. He was appointed senior property investments analyst in 1993 and property investments officer, Real Estate in 1995. Prior to joining Sun Life Financial, Mr. Pedulla held various positions in the real estate industry, most recently as a Senior Consultant at Pannell Kerr Forster.
