投資策略
該基金主要（至少其資產淨值的 70%）投資於在香港聯合交易所有限公司上市的股票證券或股票 相關證券或投資經理認為在香港擁有重大資產、業務、生產活動、貿易或其他業務權益的公司所發 行並在受監管市場買賣的證券。 基金可用以投資於任何行業的資產淨值部份並不受任何限制，其可投資的公司的市值亦不受任何限 制。 基金於中國 A 股（包括於創業板及/或科創板上市的股票）（無論直接透過互聯互通機制，及／或 間接透過股票掛鈎或分紅票據及集體投資計劃）的最高投資參與將不超過基金資產淨值的30%。 基金於中國 B 股（透過直接投資）的最高投資參與將不超過基金資產淨值的 10%。 基金僅可為進行對沖及有效管理投資組合而使用金融衍生工具。基金不擬就投資目的而藉機投資於 金融衍生工具。
