She is responsible for managing investments in emerging market US dollar-denominated debt portfolios. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Josephine worked at Hartford Investment Management Company where she was co-head of the emerging markets debt team and senior portfolio manager for emerging market corporate and sovereign credit. She spent the first decade of her career as a research analyst and junior proprietary trader for emerging market corporate debt, US high yield, convertible bonds and US equities. Josephine has been in the investment industry since 1995. Josephine earned an MLitt in political economy from the University of Oxford and a master's degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.

He holds the CFA® designation and has 17 years of investment experience. Alexander's research on emerging market debt and other areas of fixed income has been published in the leading finance journals, including The Journal of Portfolio Management, The Journal of Fixed Income, and The Journal of Investing.
