She is the lead manager of Baring’s flagship Baring Hong Kong China Fund and directs Hong Kong China specialist research. Ms. Luo joined Baring Asset Management in September 2013 from Schroder Investment Management where she worked for over 12 years.

自傳	Winston Ke is an Investment Manager within the Asia Pacific Equity Team at Barings, with specific research responsibilities for offshore and onshore Chinese equities. In addition to co-managing the Baring China A-Share Fund plc, Winston has responsibility for managing segregated China A-share mandates for institutional clients. Winston was born and raised in fast-growing Jiangsu Province in the east of China. As he was growing up, the towns and cities around him were booming as China was in the midst of great expansion. The visible evidence of China’s development saw Winston develop a keen interest in business and finance, and he decided to study for a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, then a Masters, at Nanjing University, one of the oldest and most respected universities in China.
