Mr. Vecht's service with the firm dates back to 2000, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Mr. Vecht earned a BSc degree, with honours, in international relations and history from the London School of Economics

自傳	Christoph Brinkmann, Vice President, is a Portfolio Manager and research analyst on the Global Emerging Markets Equities Team within the Fundamental Equity division of BlackRock's Portfolio Management Group. He is a member of the Latin America research pod. Mr. Brinkmann joined BlackRock in 2015 after graduating from the University of Cologne with a Masters in Finance and a CEMS Masters in International Management.

自傳	Gabriela Benjamin, Director, is a portfolio research analyst on the Global Emerging Markets Equities Team within BlackRock’s Fundamental Equity Group. Mrs. Benjamin covers Latin American equities. Gabriela has 13 years Latin America equities market experience. She joined BlackRock from Newfoundland Capital Management, where she was a Senior Research Analyst based in Sao Paulo covering Latin American strategies across multiple sectors. Prior Newfoundland Capital, Gabriela spent eight years at Goldman Sachs in various roles in New York and Sao Paulo. Mrs. Benjamin earned a BS (Engineering) from Columbia University in 2006.

自傳	Mr. Kuczma joined Blackrock in 2015 as a senior research analyst on the Latin American equity team from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he covered emerging market equities with a primary focus on Latin America. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kuczma was a portfolio manager for Van Eck Global which he had joined since 2004.

自傳	Will Landers is a Managing Partner of BTG Pactual and Head of Latin American Equities at BTG Pactual Asset Management. Prior to joining BTG Pactual in March 2019, Will spent 17 years as Head of Latin American Equities at BlackRock, where he was also a member of the firm’s Global Emerging Markets team and member of its Investment Stewardship Committee. Previously he worked for 7 years as a sell side equity analyst at CSFB and Lehman Brothers covering the Latin American Technology and Food and Beverages sectors respectively. Will started his career in 1991 in the Latin American Investment Banking division at Bear Stearns. Will holds a BSBA in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.
