自傳	Reuben has 14 years' investment experience in the financial services industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst. In addition to his accounting and commercial experience, Reuben has held senior positions at Gryphon, FTNIB and BoE Private Clients. Reuben served as an AIMA Board member in 2009. Within Gryphon Asset Management, he is responsible for the Alternative Investment business and contributes to the investment process. He manages the Gryphon Market Neutral Equity Fund and the Gryphon Kainos Fund, our recently launched long-short offering. As Head of Strategy Reuben guides and directs the asset allocation process. His research responsibility spans quantitative strategic and sector analysis (top-down), as well as bottom-up equity research in the consumer manufacturing sectors.
Abri du Plessis	Portfolio Manager	2014	now
自傳	Abri trained as an econometrician and has 20 years' investment experience, spanning most of the sectors on the stock exchange as well as all asset classes. Prior to joining Gryphon, Abri was Head of Equity Research at Sanlam Asset Management, where he managed and directed the equity research process. He was extensively involved in portfolio management through the construction and implementation of model portfolios, as well as the structuring of equity deals. Prior to this, Abri lectured at the University of the Orange Free State (UOFS), where he also headed the statistics department of the Research Institute for Education Planning and served as a director. Abri's strong quantitative background serves him well in his positions as Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer for Gryphon Asset Management, where he focuses primarily on the passive asset management area of the business. Abri is the fund manager of the top-performing Gryphon Money Market Fund.
