自傳	John Shaw, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager started in the investment industry in 1990. He has experience in international credit analysis, trading and portfolio management. Mr. Shaw’s responsibilities are focused on corporate bonds and preferred shares. Prior to joining Signature in 2004, he worked at Canada Life Assurance for 13 years, most recently as a U.S. corporate bond trader. Mr. Shaw holds a BA in Economics from Queen’s University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr. Dutkiewicz joined Sentry in 2012 to head up the fixed-income team.James is also a member of Sentry's asset-allocation team and supports the CIO in the day-to-day management of the investment team. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at CI. Before CI, he was at YMG Capital Management Inc., where he was a corporate bond analyst and part of a team. Prior to that, he worked on the bond desk at Merrill Lynch Canada. He holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Before starting Fulcra he managed a private fund at Great Pacific Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Jim Pattison Industries Ltd. In 2004, while managing CDN $2 billion in corporate bonds at CI Investments, the fund he co-managed (Signature High Income Fund) was awarded the “Canadian Income Trust Fund of the Year”.
