Mr. Bloch joined Guggenheim Partners in 2012 and is a Portfolio Manager for the firm's Active Fixed Income and Total Return mandates. Mr. Bloch works with the Chief Investment Officers and other Portfolio Managers to develop portfolio strategy that is in line with the firm’s views. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, he worked in Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York where he structured high-yield bonds and leveraged loans for leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and corporate refinancings across multiple industries. Mr. Bloch graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

He is Assistant Chief Investment Officer, Equities, Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Partners. Mr. Sharaff joined Guggenheim Partners in May 2009. Mr. Sharaff has more than 30 years of experience in investment research and investment management. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, he was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at MJX Capital Advisors, a wealth management firm focused on providing advice and investment management for its clients, especially in the traditional and alternative asset classes and Guggenheim Investments plc. Prior to that, Mr. Sharaff served as the global Chief Investment Officer at CIGNA Corporation, Zurich Scudder Investments and Citigroup. In all of the above engagements, Mr. Sharaff was responsible for research, investment management, product development and investment risk management. He was also a member of the business management teams at Citigroup and Zurich Scudder. Mr. Sharaff has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Aston (U.K.) and an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School (U.K.). In addition, Mr. Sharaff sits on boards of CITIC Capital Asset Management, Clarfeld Financial Advisors, and Guggenheim Global Investment plc.

Scott Hammond Portfolio Manager 2013 2018

He joined the firm in 2009 as a dedicated resource for Transparent Value. Since that time Mr. Hammond’s role at Guggenheim has expanded to include broader support of the Guggenheim Equities business. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Hammond was Head of ETF Portfolio Management at Northern Trust where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of international ETF funds. Additionally, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Barclays Global Investors with responsibilities for the management of $90 billion in institutional assets. Mr. Hammond received a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Minerd joined Guggenheim Partners (or its affiliate or predecessor) in May 1998. Mr. Minerd leads Guggenheim Partners' research on global macroeconomics and guides the firm’s investment strategies.Previously, Mr. Minerd was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse First Boston in charge of trading and risk management for the Fixed Income Credit Trading Group. In this position, he was responsible for the corporate bond, preferred stock, money markets, U.S. government agency and sovereign debt, derivatives securities, structured debt and interest rate swaps trading business units. Prior to that, Mr. Minerd was Morgan Stanley’s London based European Capital Markets Products Trading and Risk Manager responsible for Eurobonds, Euro-MTNs, domestic European Bonds, FRNs, derivative securities and money market products in 12 European currencies and Asian markets. Mr. Minerd has also held capital markets positions with Merrill Lynch and Continental Bank. Prior to that, he was a Certified Public Accountant and worked for the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Minerd is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, helping advise the NY Fed President and senior management at the bank about the current financial markets and ways the public and private sectors can better understand and mitigate systematic risks. Mr. Minerd also works with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), advising on research and analysis of private sector infrastructure investment, and is a contributing member of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He is a regularly featured guest and contributor to leading financial media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, and CNBC, where he shares insights on today’s financial climate. 自傳 Mark has more than 25 years of experience in portfolio management, portfolio analytics, and securities trading in the financial markets. He currently manages the Large Cap Growth strategy. Mark has utilized a concentrated large-cap growth style for over 20 years, since the strategy’s inception in 1990. Prior to the Large Cap Growth strategy, Mark managed fixed income portfolios since 1982. Before joining Security Global Investors, Mark managed large-cap growth funds at Nationwide Separate Accounts LLC (NSA), where he served as managing director and member of the board of managers of NSA, the successor advisor to Groupama Asset Management N.A. (GAMNA). Prior to this role, he was the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Gartmore Mutual Funds II, Inc.; senior vice president, managing director and board member of GAMNA; chief investment officer of Sorema N.A. Holding Corporation; director and vice president of Fulcrum Insurance Company; and vice president of C&C Consultants, Inc. Mark helped create and build GAMNA from a $130 million to a $6 billion asset management firm. Mark earned a B.A. in economics from Boston College and an MBA from New York University. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Due to the breadth of his industry knowledge, he has been featured on CNBC, and Bloomberg television and radio.

Terry A. Milberger Assistant Portfolio Manager 1981 2004
